How to set up a signature in Outlook 2007
- Click on Tools - > Options
- Click on the Mail Format tab.
- Click on the Signatures button
- Click on New
- Enter a name (proabably YOUR name) :)
- In the box under Edit signature, enter in what you would like to appear at the bottom of your messages. Full name, Job title, email address and phone number are the basics most people expect to see.
- In the upper right, under Choose default signature, use the drop down to pick the one you just created.
- Click OK.
