Where were you born?
I was born in Shelby, Montana.
Where did you go to school?
I went to elementary school in Los Fresnos, TX, until I was 12, then attended Mead schools until graduating from Mead High School. I went to SFCC for three years (the third to take classes I thought were interesting) and EWU for one quarter. I graduated from Whitworth with a BA in elementary education in 2000, and the University of New England with a master's degree in 2004.

Remembrance of childhood...
My favorite memory of childhood was getting up early, leaving the house, and not returning until dark. I loved to do this all summer long.
Remembrance of being a teenager...
My favorite memory of being a teenager was getting my driver's license before my best friend got hers.
My favorite teacher:
My favorite teacher was Mrs. Cantelon, who taught middle school. Her class was always interesting and she made learning seem fun.
Why did I want to be a teacher?
What do I do for fun?
For fun I like to read mystery books, ride mountain bikes, play Nintendo, and go camping.

My favorite...
| |
Book: |
My favorite book lately was Hard Eight, by Janet Evanovich. I laughed out loud at the action in that book.
Music: |
I really like Alternative music from artists such as Smashing Pumpkins, U2, Dog's Eye View, Ben Fold's Five, Spin Doctors, Live, The Refreshments, etc. (Yes, I realize that half of these bands are not even together anymore, but they still made good music.)
Food: |
My all time favorite food is Prime Rib, but I like seafood too.
TV Program: |
I like "Medium" for its supernatural aspects.
Movie: |
My favorite movie is "Miss Congeniality"; I still laugh every time I watch it.
An unfulfilled fantasy...
One of my unfulfilled fantasies is to take summers off, and not feel like I am violating my work ethic.
Something that people don't know about me... |
One thing that not many people know about me is that I was Editor-in-Chief of the Panther Howls Newspaper, and the SFCCommunicator. Writing comes easily for me and at one time I thought I wanted to be a journalist.
