Welcome to the Wellpinit S.D. Website
STATE TRACK UPDATE - A huge congratulations goes out to Jane Swiatek, Clark Pauls, AJ Keiffer, Kyle McCrea, James Best, Zach Wynecoop, and Dwight Brisbois! On Saturday at the state track meet in Cheney our boys competed all day long and in the end brought home the FIRST PLACE trophy. This is the first time ever a Wellpinit team has accomplished this prestigious award. The boys sure did well and it was great to see all of the fans and staff there to support them. Please give them a pat on the back if you see them this week.
Kyle McCrea came home with 4 first place medals in the 100 meter, 200 meter, 4x100 relay, and 4x400 relay.
AJ Kieffer came home with first place medals in the 4x100 relay and 4x400 relay, as well as a 2nd in the triple jump and 3rd in the long jump.
Zach Wynecoop came home with first place medals in the 4x100 relay and 4x400 relay, and also finished 6th in the 400 meter.
James Best came home with first place medals in the 4x100 relay and 4x400 relay, and also finished 5th in the 110 hurdles.
Dwight Brisbois finished 8th in the javelin.
As a team the boys accumulated enough points to finish first ahead of league rival Republic. Great job boys!
