Introduction:
These Requests For Proposal (RFPs) contain the instructions
governing the proposals to be submitted by interested proposers. All
proposers waive any and all rights to claim damages of any nature, whatsoever,
based upon the selection process. Proposers who submit proposals that
do not follow the instructions or do not provide the information
requested within this RFP may be subject to immediate rejection.
The Wellpinit School Distict #49, in Wellpinit, Washington seeks a either a single vendor or vendors that will provide equipment as specified in the following specifications, on-site enhanced warranty coverage, project management, installation, training and engineering
support.
Overview:
There are multiple RFPs for the Wellpinit School District. All involve participation in the Federal SLC eRate Program. Any vendor who bids on these projects must be willing to participate in the Federal SLC eRate program.
Each of these sections has a separate hyperlink to that specific
portion of the RFP. Qualified vendors can submit proposals for any
or all of the RFPs. However, each section will be evaluated separately.
These proposals are part of the eRate, or Universal Service Fund. We require that any and all vendors are willing to comply with ALL the guidelines set up by the FCC.
We ask that only those vendors willing
to work within those guidelines submit proposals for this RFP.
All vendors must understand that they will only get a small percentage of their payment from the
Wellpinit School District. Most of the reimbursement will come from the SLC Program of the Federal Government.
It is a part of all eRate bids, that if the Wellpinit School District fulfills it's part of the eRate process with the SLC in a timely and correct manner, and the vendor fails, for any reason, to collects its share from the Federal Government, the Wellpinit School District will not be liable in any way for that portion of the bid.
